What can I say? As a chain, Panda doesn't need my praise. But I will give it anyway. Their food always hits the spot. This particular location is one that I frequently visit with my grandpa. The staff is always kind and friendly. The portion sizes are always large, and the service is always fast. You'll probably see me there.

I'd give zero stars if I could... I've never had such a poor experience at a Panda Express. They were out of the basics (white rice, fried rice and chow mein) along with several other items. Even their signs to say they were out of things had several basic words misspelled. We waited a few minutes for some fresh rice but then the young cook said he did it wrong so we left. The place was very dirty - had to point out to them that there was a large puddle just near the door. The staff only seemed to care about one another and not the customers. They are in desperate need of competent management!!!!

I'm not one for scathing reviews. But... The server (Annaliese) was rude. Not just a little. But realllllyyyy rude. Cutting me off while I was ordering (I suppose her need to know I was getting chow mien preceded my time frame for telling her that) when I got to the window, I asked for chop sticks. Said "We don't have any chopsticks" So I retort (jokingly) "Don't have any chopsticks? You guys are Panda Express, that's like" and before I finish, she cuts me off AGAIN "I said we don't have them, there is nothing I can do about it" and get this. Walks away from the windows while I was in the middle of speaking. Now, at first I wasn't upset. Now I'm half inclined to march back in there and tell her to get her ass down to a bamboo forest and get me some fucking chopsticks. I don't know if she had a shitty day, but she doesn't get to put her issues onto customers. That's bullshit Annaliese. Handle your attitude, especially when you are dealing with customers. Do that, or get a job capping toothpaste that doesn't require dealing with people. Because sucked at it.. Oh. And my drink was flat, and they didn't put any ice in it.

When I go to get food to go I expect them to fill up the container, instead of them doing that they gave me three pieces of orange chicken and barely any damn rice, not to mention the attitude that I got from the employee. Tip- if you want to work at the front, act like you want to be there

Place was filthy. Food was over cooked. I have never had this experience at the location in Saratoga springs.

Went here the other day manager was very kind but sodas and food all tasted watered down pretty sub par for a chain I usually enjoy

Truly TERRIBLE service. Waited in the drive through for over 20 mins, and didn't even get an apology. SydneyP was the drive thru girl and acted completely clueless as to my annoyance. But its probably not just her fault, in my experience bad managers = bad staff. Dont go here. My food had sauce all at the bottom of the bag, it was extremely messy and they put the bare minimum of food in there. Screw that place. Money doesnt grow on trees.

Waited 10 minutes in drive through because I was told it would take 5 minutes to cook up more mixed veggies. After 10 minutes they informed me they don't have any more mixed veggies. I would have been happier if they had told me up front that they didnt have any.

The food is what you expect with Panda, but the service needs some major work. The past two times I've been through the drive thru it feels like they are trying to heard you through as quick as possible with no concern for if they are actually taking your order correctly. My husband and I both ordered teriyaki chicken with the teriyaki sauce. You have to ask for the sauce otherwise your chicken is dry. Who wants dry chicken and rice. Most of the time they forget the sauce so at the window we have to ask again. Tonight when we asked again, they girl, who was annoyed that we were asking, was like "we are out. It's going to a 15-20 min wait". Well thanks for telling us after you already handed us our food. I would have ordered something different had she informed us while we were ordering.

It's Panda, so really, the food is exactly what you would expect. I was out running errands with my sister and her less-than-1 year-old and we just needed a break. However, I wanted to give these guys a shout out for their family friendly service. The check out guy offered the baby a free cookie and then, when she spilled her cup of water all over the floor, cheerfully mopped it up. I was impressed.

I love me some Panda but this location frequently disappoints. Often dirty, they tend to try to close the lobby down hours before the posted closing time, and they don't tend to have food as fresh as the Panda on 123 S in Draper. Please improve guys, I still haven't given up on you...

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
